Organ Restoration Project

We are very fortunate to have a magnificent organ at the Welsh Church of Central London, but it is in need of serious renovation.

Having a good working organ is very important for the church as the music enhances the spiritual experience of a service and is also an integral part of our worship.

Renovating the organ will also mean that the chapel can be opened to the public for concerts and recitals which will hopefully assist in expanding our congregation and securing the future for London Welsh worshippers.

At our last Church Meeting, it was decided to press ahead with renovation work on the Chapel’s organ.

Most of the money for the refurbishment has already been secured by investments from the Kings Cross and Radnor Walk Trusts but we, as a Church, still have to raise another £50,000. We have already received a very generous donation of £15,000 but we need your assistance to find the remaining £35.000.

Would you please consider either sponsoring an organ pipe or making a one-off donation?

To make a donation, or for more information, please contact Church Treasurer, Owen John at lynneandowen@tiscali.co.uk

Everyone who contributes will be acknowledged in the church’s archives.

Thank you very much.
